Go Turquoise 4 the Elderly is a campaign of Project 21, a section of the To Care Foundation, reg no 2007/004223/08. It is incorporated under Section 21, and is registered as a non-profit organisation administered by a Board of Directors.

Project 21 focuses on those who cannot help themselves, the vulnerable communities in our society. As an NGO it supports other community development organisations by helping to create awareness and by providing fundraising opportunities where possible. Together with the corporate sector and other interested parties, we strive to make a difference in the country.
